The present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner praying therein for quashing of the order dated 20.03.2018 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ambala, confirming the order dated 12.08.2015 passed by learned JMIC, Naraingarh, vide which the respondents herein were not summoned as accused in the criminal complaint No.14 dated 13.09.2012 titled as 'Norata Ram vs. Gurmeet Singh and others'.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of in view of the fact that the petitioner has expired during the pendency of the case. Copy of the death certificate has been placed on record. 3.
