7 "Report is submitted as under- 1. That there is only one accused in the matter in hand,namely Ramandeep Singh son of Jagjit Singh resident of village Pandori Khatria, District Ferozepur. 2. No one is the proclaimed offender in the matter in hand. 3. From the statement of complainant Randhir Singh Sangha and his wife Veerpal Kaur, as got recorded in the court on 06.06.2022, it appears that they have compromised the matter with the accused Ramandeep Singh voluntarily and genuinely, without any coercion or undue influence. 4. As got recorded by the private parties and Investigating Officer, the accused Ramandeep Singh son of Jagjit Singh is not involved in any other case FIR. 5. As informed the Investigating Officer, there is only one complainant /victim, namely Randhir Singh Sangha son of Sher Singh resident of village Daroli Bhjai in the matter in hand and there are no other victims/complainant in the FIR."
