Mr. KS Hissowal, Advocate, for the petitioners Mr. Deepak Sabharwal, Addl. AG Haryana Fateh Deep Singh, J. (Oral) Learned State counsel submitted affidavit of DSP Shahbad which is taken on record. It is submitted by the State that the petitioners have made statements before the police that they are no longer require any security and protection and which fact is not denied by counsel for the petitioners.

In view of the aforesaid, the present petition is dismissed as having been become infructuous. However, to safeguard the life and liberty of the petitioners, they will be at liberty to seek protection as and when they feel necessity.
