Vide order dated 30.10.2023 notices were issued to the appellant and the respondents. As per the office report, appellant No.1(i) stands served. Appellant No.1(ii) is stated to have died and appellant No.1(iii) is stated to have gone abroad. No one has put in appearance on behalf of appellant No.1(i) despite service. No one has come forward to get themselves impleaded as legal representatives of appellant No.1(ii) nor any counsel has put in appearance on their behalf. This is the only address of appellant No.1(iii) which was given in the memo of parties as well as in the Yogesh Sharma 2024.05.02 10:14 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment.
