Learned counsel for the petitioners and respondent No.2 submit that the matter has been amicably resolved between the parties. Petition under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 has been/is likely to be filed by petitioner No.1 and respondent No.2.

In this view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to file afresh for quashing of FIR No.74 dated 17.05.2016 under Sections 406/498A IPC, Police Station City Hoshiarpur, on the basis of compromise.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. ( LISA GILL ) March 12 , 2018.
