(ORAL) The instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of a direction to official respondent Nos. 2 to 4 to look into the matter and register an FIR against the accused persons. In this regard the petitioner has also approached the authorities by filing representation dated 28.10.2016 (Annexure P-1) but till date no action has been taken by respondent No.2 on the same.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied if respondent No.2 be directed to look into the representation dated 28.10.2016 (Annexure P-1) and take action in accordance with law, in a time bound manner.

Notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Ms. Rajni Gupta, learned Sr. DAG, Punjab, who is present in the Court, accepts notice on behalf of the State.
