Learned counsel for the respondents has placed on record a letter from the Bank along with statement of the landlord stating therein that vacant possession has already been handed over to the appellant herein and in view thereof the present appeal has been rendered infructuous. Registry is directed to scan the letter along with statement of the landlord and to tag at an appropriate place.

Learned counsel for the appellant states that he has no instructions. However, in view of the letter along with statement of the landlord placed on the record by the learned counsel for the respondents, the present appeal may be dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. 3.
