ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN, J (ORAL) Prayer in this petition is for transfer of investigation in case FIR No.270 dated 01.12.2017 under Section 406 IPC, P.S City Tarn Taran, District Tarn Taran and to decide the representation of the petitioner in this regard.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Sarabjit Singh, submitted that the police after completing investigation has prepared cancellation report and the same will be submitted before the court of the Illaqa Magistrate within one month from today. In view of the above, present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the court of Illaqa Magistrate for redressal of his grievance.
