(Oral) The petitioners are seeking protection of their lives and liberty at the hands of respondents No.4 and 5, who are stated to be parents of petitioner No.1, on account of the fact that they have married each other of their own free will on 6.8.2014. Photographs of the marriage ceremony have been annexed with the petition. As per copy of the Secondary Examination Certificate of petitioner No.1 (the original of which has been produced in court) and an affidavit of petitioner No.2, annexed with the petition, the petitioners are shown to be of legally marriageable age. On notice, a reply has been filed in the Court stating therein that the petitioners have given affidavit to the effect that there is no danger to their life and liberty and they are living in the village as husband and wife. There is no need of police protection and protection may be withdrawn (R1/T and R-2/T) In view of the reply, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition.
