On 22.04.2024 Mr. Vishal Thakur, Advocate had put in appearance on behalf of the appellant and sought time to address arguments and the case was adjourned to 15.07.2024. Thereafter twice the matter was adjourned by order. Today the case has been called twice. No one has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant. It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the present appeal. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 2.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
