Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the matter since stands settled between the parties and their statements have also been recorded to that effect before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court and a fresh settlement/agreement has also been drawn up on 08.01.2025. In view thereof, learned counsel for the parties state that the present appeal may be disposed off in terms of the settlement/agreement dated 08.01.2025 which is marked as Ex.C-1.

In view of the above, the present appeal is disposed off in terms of the settlement/agreement dated 08.01.2025 which shall form part of the decree sheet. Decree sheet be drawn up accordingly. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
