(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for direction to respondents No.2 and 3 to transfer the investigation pertaining to FIR No.207 dated 01.06.2017 under Sections 146, 147, 447, 506 IPC registered at Police Station Safidon, District Jind, to Crime Branch or to some other independent agency.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the purpose can be achieved if respondent No.3 is directed to decide his representation dated 01.07.2017 (Annexure P-2).

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and after perusing the paper-book, however, without commenting on merits of the case, instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 - Superintendent of Police, Jind, to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 01.07.2017 (Annexure P-2) by passing a speaking order after hearing the petitioner within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
