Learned counsel for respondent no. 2 submits that respondent no. 2 does not endorse any compromise on the basis of which petitioners have sought quashing of the FIR.
The present petition has been filed seeking quashing of the FIR No. 201 dated 04.03.2017, registered at Police Station Sector 10, Gurugram on the basis of compromise dated 02.07.2018.
