On the instructions of ASI Balvinder Singh, it has been informed that the petitioner has joined the investigation. After going through the police record, it appears that there is a dispute amongst the complainant Jagtar Singh and the petitioner, who happen to be father and son. The domestic controversy between the father and son appears to have been amicably resolved. Without prejudice to the right of the complainant to effect recovery from the petitioner, in accordance with law, the petition is allowed and interim order dated 25.1.2016 is hereby made absolute subject to all the conditions u/s 438(2) Cr.P.C.
