At the very outset, learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Harpal Singh, submits that present petition has become infructuous, as the trial of the FIR has culminated.

In view of the ratio laid down by Hon'ble Supreme Court in Sukhpal Singh Khaira Vs. The State of Punjab (2023) 1 SCC 289., under Section 319 Cr.P.C., the power cannot be invoked after the conclusion of trial. 3.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of, as having been rendered infructuous.
