RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J. (ORAL) Matter has been taken up through video conferencing via Webex facility in the light of the Pandemic Covid-19 situation and as per instructions.

Instant petition has been filed under Section 439(2) Cr.P.C. praying for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to respondent Nos.2 to 4 by learned trial Court in case FIR No.26, dated 20.02.2021, under Sections 323, 377, 498-A, 406, 506 IPC, registered at Police Station Women, Yamuna Nagar.

At the outset learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to avail his remedy before the concerned Court.

Allowed as prayed for.
