At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the complaint No. 1023 of 2017, titled as "Axix Bank Ltd. Vs. Nitin Gupta, as, became instituted in the Court of Illaqa Magistrate, Ludhiana, has been withdrawn, on account of a settlement occurring amongst the accused and the complainant, thereupon the instant petition, seeking the relief of quashing of the afore complaint, and, also for the quashing of the summoning order of 14.03.2017 (P-6), becomes rendered infructuous. He prays that the present petition be disposed of as such.
