SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) This is petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking direction to respondents no. 1 to 4 to protect life and liberty of petitioners at the hands of respondents no. 5 and 6.

In view of prayer made in this petition but without commenting on merits of the case, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to respondents no. 3 and 4 to verify the factum of threat posed to petitioners by respondents no. 5 and 6 and take appropriate action in accordance with law. It is, however, made clear that nothing observed in this order shall be deemed as giving any type of protection to petitioners in any criminal, civil or any other proceedings initiated or pending against them.
