State of Punjab and others .............Respondents CORAM: HON'BLE MR.JUSTICE JASWANT SINGH Present:- Mr.Rajbir Singh,Advocate for the petitioner Jaswant Singh,J.(Oral) Petitioner is concededly facing eviction proceedings under the East Punjab Urban Rent Restriction Act,1949 for the house in question situated in Kharar, SAS Nagar,Mohali. She alleges that on 30.6.2015 her Advocate namely Mr.Harish Khanna and some of his family members have taken forcible possession of the demised premises. She is stated to have filed a complaint dated 8.7.2015 before SSP, SAS Nagar, Mohali for initiating action against the guilty persons. Since no action has been taken till now the present petition under Section 482 Cr.PC has been filed for directing the official respondents to take appropriate action.

After arguing for sometime and having failed to convince the Court,learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to seek his remedy in accordance with law. Dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid libety. 13.08.2015.
