On 24.10.2024 the following order was passed : " On the previous date the counsel for the appellants was directed to furnish fresh correct address(es) of respondents No.1 and 2. However, needful has not been done till date.

Today learned counsel for the appellants states that though he has written a letter to the appellants, however, the same has not been delivered to them.

In view thereof, let notice be issued to the appellants, returnable 23.01.2025."

Today also the learned counsel for the appellants states that he has no instructions in the matter.

As per the office report the appellants remain unserved due to incomplete address. This is the only address which was given in the memo of parties as well as in the judgments and decrees of both the Courts. In view Yogesh Sharma 2025.05.21 10:52 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this judgment/order.

RSA-929-1996 (O&M) -2thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
