ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) Counsel for the State submits that the case, before the trial Court, is now fixed for tomorrow itself i.e. 15.10.2020 for final arguments.

In view of the same, counsel for the petitioner submits that this petition may be disposed of with a direction to the trial Court to conclude the trial expeditiously.

Accordingly, this petition is disposed of and the trial Court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously preferably within a period of 01 month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. It will open for the trial Court to hear the arguments either by virtual or actual Court.

The parties are also at liberty to file written synopsis before the trial Court, if so required.
