The petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No. 98 dated 19.02.2025, under Sections 232(1), 351 (2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 registered at Police Station Gharauda, District Karnal. 2.

Earlier the petitioner is involved in case bearing FIR No. 30 dated 18.06.2024, registered under Sections 506 IPC and Section 4 of POCSO Act. Now the allegations against the petitioner are that he is threatening the victim to withdraw the case and not to depose against him during the course of trial. However, the State has not moved any application for cancellation of bail. 3.

Keeping in view the conduct of the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner is habitual offender, no ground is made out to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, at this stage.

Accordingly, the same is hereby dismissed.
