(ORAL) By way of present petition filed under Section 482 CrPC, prayer has been made for quashing of FIR No.700 dated 16.08.2016 registered under Sections 323, 452 and 506 IPC, at P.S. Karnal Sadar along with all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise.

Learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach this Court again in case any fresh settlement is arrived at between the parties.
