This is a petition under Section 482 CrPC for quashing of the order dated 27.08.2014 passed by the Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Faridabad granting interim maintenance to the respondent in a petition filed under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would contend that the present petition has since been rendered infructuous inasmuch as the main case itself stands dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 12.11.2016. The said fact has also been verified from the e-Court website of District Court, Faridabad.

Dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
