(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for quashing Complaint No. 5599 of 2014 dated 11.06.2014 (Annexure P-3), order dated 13.06.2014 (Annexure P-5) condoning the delay in filing the complaint and summoning order dated 10.09.2014 (Annexure P-6) whereby the petitioner was summoned to face trail under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881. Heard.

The petitioner is relegated to the trial Court, with liberty to raise all the pleas taken herein before the trial Court. The instant petition stands disposed of, accordingly.
