Through this petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of regular bail to petitioner - Babbu Bharti - in case FIR No.366 dated 04.12.2014 registered under Sections 307, 506, 148, 149 IPC (Section 302 IPC was added and Section 307 IPC was deleted later on) at Police Station Focal Point, District Ludhiana. Heard.
