The dispute appears to be regarding retaining of the sale deed by the said property dealer.

In the present petition under Section 482 Cr.PC the prayer is for issuing a direction to the police officials to take action against said property dealer and his family members with the allegations that they have tried to rape the petitioner on the night of 4.7.2015 in the shop of respondent no.4.

After arguing for sometime and having failed to convince the Court,learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
