******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 0111 dated 24.06.2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 148 read with Section 149 of Indian Penal Code (for short IPC) (Section 326 IPC added later on) at Police Station Sadar Kharar, Tehsil Kharar, District S.A.S.Nagar, Mohali. Heard.

Learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation. He had caused the injury on the head of Karan Singh (brotherin-law of complainant) which was declared as simple in nature but it was on vital part of the body. Another injury, which was caused on the head of Karan Singh, was attributed to co-accused Vijay. Jyoti 2017.10.06 14:48 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

CRM-M-26936-2017 -2Keeping in view the nature of injury attributed to the petitioner and that he has joined the investigation, completion of which will take considerable long time, this petition is allowed and the order dated 27.07.2017 is made absolute till the presentation of challan, subject to the following terms:- (i) that the petitioner shall make himself available for interrogation by the police as and when required; (ii) that the petitioner shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the accusation against him so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer;

(iii) that the petitioner shall not leave India without the prior permission of the Court.

(iv) that the petitioner will seek regular bail on the presentation of challan in Court .
