*** Learned counsel for the petitioners states that petitioners have since joined the investigation. This fact is conceded by learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Manjeet Kumar. He states that the petitiones have submitted their affidavits that they do not hold any Passport as such they are not required for further investigation by the local police. Under such circumstances, the interim bail granted to the petitioners on 2.2.2018 is made absolute, subject to their fulfilling conditions under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
The petition stands allowed accordingly.
