Learned counsel for both the parties jointly submit that the present appeal stands disposed of as the parties have already resolved their dispute before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court. 2.

Vide order dated 31.07.2025, the parties were referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, and a copy of the Settlement Agreement dated 01.09.2025 has been placed on record. 3.

In view of the above, the Settlement Agreement is taken on record and the present appeal stands disposed of with the direction that both the parties shall remain bound by their respective obligations as recorded in the compromise.
