(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in a case arising out of FIR No.232 dated 13.12.2015, registered at Police Station Chhappar, District Yamuna Nagar, who has been booked for having committed the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 323, 406, 506 and 323 IPC.
Vide order dated 25.01.2016, the anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioner as he is ready to settle the disputes with the complainant. Today, both the parties are present in person and it has been transpired that there is a dispute with regard to recovery of gold ornaments. CRM-M-2780-2016 -2officer, has informed that the recovery of gold ornaments has not been effected from the petitioner so far.
In view of the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 25.01.2016, passed by this Court whereby the ad-interim anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioner is made absolute, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall deposit a surety of `50,000/- before the trial Court. The petitioner shall continue to join the investigation as and when required to do so and abide by all the conditions as envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
