As per the service report, Ralla Ram through whom the present appeal was filed, is stated to have died. Even respondents No.1 and 3 are reported to have also died. No one has put in appearance on behalf of the legal representatives of the appellant. 2.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
