**** HARKESH MANUJA, J. (ORAL) By way of present petition filed under Article 226, Constitution of India, prayer has been made for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 and 3 to protect life and liberty of petitioner at the hands of private respondents.
Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner got married with respondent No.2 on 11.02.2018, however, on account of temperamental differences they separated and later respondent No.4 started living with respondent No.5 without even getting divorce from petitioner. Learned counsel further submits that respondent No.5 is extending threats to the petitioner with the aid of other private respondents and has made his life like hell. He further submits that the petitioner has already approached the respondent No.3 by making representation dated 09.03.2023.
