On the asking of the court, Mr. Nikhil Chopra, Addl.A.G., Punjab, who is present in court, accepts notice on behalf of the State. He submits that the representation, Annexure P-6, shall decided and a speaking order shall be passed at the earliest, in any case, not later than 10 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order. Same shall be conveyed to the petitioner as well.

In view of the above, no further direction is necessary. Disposed of.
