(Oral) The matter has been taken up through Videoconferencing on account of outbreak of pandemic COVID-19. In the light of the office report, there has been due compliance of orders dated 8.6.2020 whereby a sum of Rs 1,34,000/- has been deposited.

Learned State Counsel, on instructions from SI Randhir, submits that the petitioner has since joined the investigation and is no longer required for further investigations and nothing is to be recovered from him and that he has no objection if the interim order DALBIR SINGH TIWANA 2020.08.17 13:09 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh.

CRM-M- No. 14244-2020 (O&M) -2is made absolute.

In the light of the statement made by learned State counsel, the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 8.6.2020 is made absolute till submission of report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. (challan). Thereafter, petitioner will be permitted to furnish regular bail bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court. The petitioner shall abide by the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

With these observations, the present petition stands disposed off.

It is made clear that the complainant would be at liberty to withdraw the aforesaid amount as per rules. ( Fateh Deep Singh ) August 14, 2020 Judge 'tiwana'
