The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS (earlier Section 482 Cr.P.C) seeking issuance of direction to the official respondents not to harass the petitioners and their family members and to restrain them from conduting unauthorized raids/searches at the petitioners house for arresting Manpreet Singh @ Mani Bhinder. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for redressal of their grievance, the petitioners have submitted representation dated 17.02.2026 (Annexure P-1) before respondents No.2, however, no action has been taken thereon till date.
