Heard.
In the light of satisfaction shown by the Court that the compromise so arrived at between the parties is genuine and the fact that parties belong to the same very village, the offences are not of heinous nature coupled with the fact that compromise will go a long way in resolving the personal dispute and in bringing about amity, peace and harmony, the prayer made in the petition is allowed, proceedings by way of FIR No.5 dated 06.01.2015 registered at Police Station Garhshankar, District Hoshiarpur under Sections 452, 427, 506 and 148 IPC and all consequences arising thereof are quashed. The petition stands allowed in those terms.
