ALKA SARIN, J. (ORAL) IOIN-RSA-992-1996 Though, IOIN has been listed, however, the same stands disposed off vide order dated 24.11.2023.

The present appeal pertains to the year 1996. The sole appellant remain unserved due to incomplete address. Learned counsel for the appellant states that the earlier counsel representing the appellant has since expired, though the office has sent intimation to the appellant. The legal representatives of the appellants have stated that the sole appellant has died, however, none has come forward to pursue the case or to get themselves impleaded.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
