Pirthi v. Prabhu
IN THE HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB AND HARYANA
AT CHANDIGARH RSA No. 999 of 1996 (O&M) DATE OF DECISION :- 18.11.2025 Shri Prithi ...Appellant
Versus
Sh. Prabhu
...Respondent
CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE VIRINDER AGGARWAL Present:- None for the appellant.
Ms. Devika Kamboj, Advocate for Mr. Vikram Singh, Advocate for respondent.
*** VIRINDER AGGARWAL , J. (Oral) 1.
None is present on behalf of the appellant. On the previous date also none was present on behalf of the appellant. This appeal is of the year 1996. It is an appeal for suit for permanent injunction. The sole respondent has also died. It seems that appellant is not interested in pursuing the instant appeal. 2.
In view of the above and given the prevailing circumstances, there seems to be no justification to keep the appeal on the docket, indefinitely. Accordingly, the instant appeal stands dismissed for want of prosecution with liberty to the appellant to revive the same, if have any grievance from this order, within a period of three months from today. 3.
Since the main appeal stands decided, the miscellaneous application(s), if any, stand disposed of accordingly.
