(Oral) This petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.141 dated 25.04.2020, under Section 148/149/323/506/308/341/325 IPC, registered at Police Station Sadar Yamuna Nagar, District Yamuna Nagar (Section 325 IPC added lateron).

Learned State counsel on instructions from Head Constable Manoj Kumar submits that pursuant to direction given by this Court on 08.06.2020, the petitioners had joined the investigation and are no longer required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, the order dated 08.06.2020 is hereby made absolute.

The petition stands disposed of.
