As per the report of the Registry, intimation regarding the present case has duly been sent to learned counsel for the appellantInsurance Company through e-mail. The appellant has remained unrepresented on the last three consecutive dates of hearing, i.e. 09.07.2025, 30.09.2025 and 13.11.2025. Even today, none has appeared on its behalf. Despite sufficient opportunities, no steps have been taken by the appellant to pursue the present appeal.

In these circumstances, it is evident that no useful purpose would be served by keeping the present appeal pending on the docket for an indefinite period.

It thus appears that appellant is not interested in pursuing the present appeal.
