**** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Learned State counsel submits that out of 25 witnesses cited by the prosecution, 16 have been examined, 04 have been given up, another official witness is to be examined tomorrow i.e. 19.10.2016. According to him, the trial is likely to culminate soon.

Keeping in view the stage of trial, I am of the considered view that no case for enlarging the petitioner on bail is made out. Dismissed.
