On the asking of the Court, Mr.Ashish Sanghi, DAG, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State. Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to supply a copy of the petition to the learned DAG during the course of the day. In view of the fact that the main FIR which resulted from a matrimonial discord has resulted into compromise and parties have got divorce and have got their statements recorded to this effect, I see no reason to continue with the proclamation order. Consequently the same is set aside.

Petition stands disposed of.
