The petitioner(s) in this case have sought the relief for direction to respondents No. 1 and 2 to constitute a Special Investigating Team (SIT) comprising of senior police officers to properly investigate the complaint(s) of the petitioner(s) in FIR No. 348 dated 26.10.2015 registered at Police Station Ambala Cantt. District Ambala.

CRM-M-26975-2017 and CRM-M-27399-2017 looked into the investigation and filed his personal affidavit, whereby offence under Section 120-B of Indian Penal Code has been added. Brother of main accused was also arrested in this case. After presentation of challan, five supplementary challans have also been filed in this case and the investigation is still in progress, as such this petition has been rendered infructuous.

In view of submission of learned State counsel, the relief sought by the petitioner(s) has already been allowed, further investigation is in progress, as such no further directions are required in these petitions. Dismissed.
