Mr. Akshay Bansal, Advocate for respondents No.2 and 3. ***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J .(Oral) Today, at the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all the points raised herein before the trial Court including the submission to the effect that the FIR came to be lodged under some mistaken belief and that the misunderstandings have now been resolved and a compromise has been effected between the parties. In view of the aforesaid submission, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. Since the challan is stated to have been presented, the Trial Court is directed to make efforts to conclude the trial expeditiously preferably within a period of 3 months from today provided the presence of the PWs is secured in time.
