Mr. Amit Kumar Walia, counsel for the appellants states at Bar that after filing of the present appeal, parties to the present lis have compromised with each other and the dispute has been amicably resolved.

In view of this situation, counsel for the appellants submits that he has acquired the necessary instructions from his clients i.e. appellants, to withdraw the present appeal, thus seeks withdrawal of the same.
