The present appeal pertains to the year 1997. Vide order dated 22.03.2024 notices were issued to the parties as learned counsel for the appellant had stated that he was unable to contact the appellant. As per the Office report, the sole appellant is stated to have died. No one has come forward to get themselves impleaded as legal representatives of the deceased appellant. Notices issued to the respondents have been received back with the report that they are not residing at the given address. 2.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant today again states that he has no instructions in the matter. 3.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 4.
