ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN, J. (Oral) The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.180 dated 17.10.2019 registered under Section 61 of the Punjab Excise Act, 1914, at Po1ice Station Koom Kalan, District Police Commissionerate, Ludhiana.

Counsel for the petitioner has argued that in pursuance to the order dated 09.06.2020, the petitioner has joined the pending enquiry with the higher police officials, however, counsel for the State submits that the petitioner has not joined the investigation. In view of the above, this petition is disposed of and the petitioner is directed to re-appear before the Investigating Officer within a period of 10 days from today to join the investigation, in terms of the order dated 09.06.2020.
