**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J.(Oral) As per stand taken by respondents No.1 to 3, the mining licence of respondent No.4 has already been cancelled by the competent authority vide letter dated 16.10.2019 and, therefore, this writ petition has become infructuous. Learned counsel for the petitioners is not in a position to dispute the aforesaid assertion made by learned State counsel.
In view of statement made by learned State counsel, this petition is rendered infructuous.
