Rajan Gupta, J. (oral) The petitioners apprehend harassment at the hands of police in view of a complaint pending against them at the behest of wife of petitioner No.1.

Learned State counsel has placed on record status report by way of affidavit of Dev Dutt Sharma, Assistant Commissioner of Police, Central, Jalandhar. She submits that petitioners shall not be harassed, in any manner. Action, if any, shall be taken as per law.

In view of the above, no further direction is necessary. Disposed of.
